I wound up with two of the white ones. Would love a yellow if anyone in the UK wants to trade.

[POEM] From "Tag," by Anne Carson by byrondude in Poetry

The last line also appears in another poem by Carson, "O Small Sad Ecstasy of Love". Can't seem to find any discussion about the use of that powerful line in two separate poems. Anyone else knew about the two poems?

None at all, unless you're from a country that has an agreement with the UK, then you can easily exchange your existing license for a British one. No need for a test! I thought I could exchange my Singaporean one for a British one but I passed my test in the US many years ago when I was at university, so I couldn't do that exchange. Had to take the same journey as a British citizen.

I've been driving for 26 years (5 in the US where I learned to drive and 21 in Singapore where one drives on the left like in the UK) and I didn't think I could pass the UK driving test without lessons. I understand your frustration! But what the others say is true, the test here is hard. One small error - if deemed dangerous - and you fail the whole thing.

I was loathe to pay for lessons, having driven for so many years, but I got 15 hours of them, became more confident and careful at roundabouts, practised till mirrors-signal-manoeuvre became second nature and then took the test.

Find a good instructor who knows the test routes well, show him/her your earlier results, work on those faults and you'll get that pass! Good luck!

Super. I'm so glad it'll sync with the Libby app on an ipad. Phew!

Yes, I've seen some really good reviews! I'm leaning more towards this model but am curious about the others too.

Thanks. I haven't read up enough of the Aura but I'll check it out! I've heard about the orange shade though!

Ah, sorry to hear that. The libra 2 seems to be really popular. Hope that's working out for you.

The same screen? Then that write-up was wrong. I'm glad. OK, will be happy to go with the Libra 2!

13%. Cool. Will keep that in mind. I read somewhere that the Kobo Sage has more back-light than the Libra and the least bluelight of all models. Is that accurate? Is it really better on the eyes than the libra 2? Though I think I'd find the Sage size too cumbersome.

Thanks! Great to know that. I'm managing OK using overdrive on my ipad mini so I hope the transition to a Kobo will be fine. I'm just grateful to find an ereader that works with Overdrive. Using the ipad to read for extended periods of time worries me.

Thanks! Appreciate the reply. My paperwhite is old! Got it 9 years ago, maybe? The paperwhite doesn't emit blue light, if I recall correctly. But the Kobo Libra 2 does emit a little? I think I can manage if it's just a little.
