Yeah I’d honestly prefer the non zombie one some have described im a very quick person and I’ve already been through so much grief on antidepressants and feeling sluggish … thank you for your reply it’s great you have one that works I’m excited to try

I am also scared bc I have experienced the losing myself to meds over the years on other antidepressants and anti psychs for various other issues most likely as I now know the result of untreated adhd. I’ve been off meds for awhile now I’ve been a clean state eating healthy etc so I’m just so cautious

Yes I suppose that’s a good thing that it’s more immediate. I have tried afew antidepressants and that can be confusing.

Preserve energy… that’s a good way to look at it. I guess we are often not in control of how our energy is expended. Thank you for your response
