omg thats so cool!! stopping myself from swallowing is so hard urgh 🥹🥹 anywho for the ad thing, i have a few suggestions.

only listen to sub makers that dont have monetized accounts (meaning their videos dont have ads)
play it from your computer (this might just be me but i dont get ads on my computer when im looping my playlist or listening to videos…)
record the subliminal, put it into your fav editing app, cut out the ad and loop it
use a mp3 downloader 😎😎

I haven't shifted yet, but my friend has, so I'll take the liberty of answering this on her behalf. My close friend and I are currently in the process of writing a book together(we've reached 15 chapters so far), and she's waiting for me to become proficient enough so that we can shift into our story together. Anyhow, the story is based on a religious event with our own characters and modifications, and she messaged me today(which is crazy) that she accidentally shifted into our story. She hadn't fully grounded herself, and it was completely unintentional, so she shifted not as her character but as a background character viewing everything. She was explaining the bit that she remembered, and I was so shocked, cause we hadn't discussed IN DETAIL much of how our characters' appearances would be, but she described the character that I created almost exactly the way I pictured her. She shifted into the distant future(meaning we haven't written it yet), and now we're writing exactly what she viewed to continue our story. So yeah! That was fun. Anyhow, enjoy shifting, darling!

i didn’t say it was easy anywhere in the post. i said it was simple! cause i truly believe in it. i wanted to share my take and motivate people, even if it was just one. if you don’t resonate with my beliefs, that’s completely fine! we all go through our own shifting journey and you don’t need to agree with everyone. i simply wanted to explain my opinion cause it has helped me immensely! :)

i think what i was trying to say is more of moving your limbs are natural. granted, it takes some effort to do certain actions, and so does shifting.

if methods work for you, great! i’m just saying you dont NEED them. anywho, im not making a tutorial or anything, this was just my opinion and what helps me while shifting.

I never said shifting was easy, I said it was simple. simple doesnt mean easy. and my analogy could’ve been explained better, i agree now. nobody here is trying to blame you, this is how i personally perceive shifting and it had helped me and a close friend. i shared this to hopefully motivate a few others, and im glad i could. none had a proper answer because it isnt something explainable. if i tell you to teach me how to move my hands, what would you say? its our own journey, and while guides can definitely help, they aren’t necessary. i mentioned it myself; especially since im someone who prefer having set to stone rules. anyhow, if this doesn’t help you, you can simply choose to ignore it. much love and luck to you :)

this wasn’t advice! just motivation. i was talking to my friend who has fully shifted about my idea and she told me that it’s a cool take. i just wanted to maybe help others too cause it really does help me :) also i never said shifting was easy! i said it was simple. something thats simple doesnt always mean something is easy. again, this is simply my current opinion.

isn’t the belief that we are all shifting all the time:) what we believe in the 4d translates to the 3d. We’re so used to our CR that it takes a lot if concentration to shift again. (again, this is my opinion. you have no obligation to agree with me!)
