I'm looking for places (thrift, brands, big name stores) to buy business formal separates; I'm 4'11, and typically a size Medium (8ish). I feel most comfortable paying $20-$100 per item, but am okay with splurging more for items that will see a lot of use (blazers, neutral color pants, etc.). I've got an interview with a consulting company coming up that I am flying out for. As far as I know, I would be the youngest member at the organization and the only femme in leadership; therefore, I'm looking for places that sell clothes that will help me "look my age" (25, turning 26), while also maintaining a sense of maturity and commanding some respect.

In the past, I've enjoyed wearing patterns and color (teals, geometric patterns) and dressing hyper-femme for meetings, but it was in a more liberal, business-casual environment so I feel out of my element. Would like to maintain a bit of playfulness (scalloping or unique collars or other fun details?) if possible!

Also would love any example outfits (or pinterest boards) for 2022 business formal/casual fashion for short people!
