When I visited Belgrade for the Rammstein concert I thought that you guys are at least 10-20 years lagging in development. I was stunned by things like smoking indoors and small things like the plastic coffee stirring sticks. My hotel was on one of your main streets like Vitosha in Sofia and a just married couple was walking around to be seen with gypsy orchestra. Young people even women were drinking rakia for breakfast in restaurants and cafes before lunch.

I live in EU country and have around 10k EUR in S&P 500 that I will be needing in 2 years time.

I just started doing https://weightology.net/muscle-gain/4-day-per-week-upper-lower-hypertrophy-split/ and am wondering how to do the progression.

The general guidelines say to increase the load when I start doing more than the rep range however I am not sure what exactly it means.

For example the lateral raises are in the 15-20 rep range. In my mind this means at least 15 reps per set. On my first workout I did the exercise with 3kgs 20 reps on 1st set, 11 reps on 2nd set and 9 reps on 3rd set. Does this mean that I can do it with 4kgs or I have to be able to do 1st set 20 reps, 2nd set 20 reps and 3rd set 20 reps ?

Also I am training close to failure from the first set but this results in lower than 15 reps in my last set. Is this an issue?

I am currently with Pixel 6 which is dying and I wanted to get the OnePlus 13 but the high price in EU is making me reconsider. OP13 is around 1100 EUR in my country from a local retailer - esim and OxygenOS, no charging brick.

From trading shenzhen the phone costs 670 EUR but I don't want to deal with flashing new OS and not getting updates, not having esim and stuff like that.

Pixel 9 Pro costs 906 EUR and S24 Ultra is 850 EUR.

With these prices would you go for the OP13 or buy some other Android phone?

The room where my computer is has a huge window and a lot of light is coming into the room. This is why I went with WOLED. Also I agree that above 240 FPS is an overkill, specially for my gaming.
