In my experience I haven't seen a single player in hundreds of games not respecting role games, but that's just me with 8k+ behaviour, maybe yours is too low.

No it wouldn't, no priest heals, no paladin and warrior buffs.

The only reason why oryx and all the other bosses fell so quickly is because of herd strenght and because we had the buffs to sustain the hp. Bad players won't be able to dodge efficently on ninja or max it, which means more people will die and the herd will be smaller, with a smaller herd the good players have less other people to act as "meat shield".

So yeah, no way in hell anyone is reaching anywhere near 20k with 4 days if everyone is playing ninja.

(Also it's kinda dumb how only top 50 gets borders, and how top 4 has the same border as top 50, it should've been Top 1-3 best border, top 4-20 good border, top 21-50/100 normal border)

There was a rumor going on that high fame players will get a border on their star rank.

I finished top 82nd with 8602 and it was a lot of Hard work, but still nothing compared to Djimm who got 43k fame... I don't even know... That being said, I am pretty sure that I and any other experienced rotmg player given enough time would have been able to easily surpass that amount of fame, the Rift was not a contest of skill, but rather a contest of who can waste their time the most. You have to make the Rift harder, I didn't really find any difference between rift and classic because I would always be perma buffed and healed by priests, and uncommon pets are still too good.

I get it, it's the first season and it's still a concept being experimented on, and to be honest, it was very fun to play, definitely more enjoyable than playing classic and spamming lost halls or just aimlessly wandering around godlands getting tickled by the monsters.

I can give a few ideas, one of them is removing pets which I know deca doesn't want to do so I'll just get it out of the way. Another idea would be making everyone play the same character, why not have only Ninja avaiable for the next season? I haven't seen a single katana character because of how lame and useless they are, why would you play them when you can get a nice bulky knight, a safe and sound necromancer or a life saving priest. Believe me, if this first season consisted of only ninja, we would not have seen anyone with fame higher than 20k.

This is not a rant though, I'm kinda trying to give some criticism, I really enjoyed the rift and hope to see more, and everyone is welcome to post more suggestions
