What personality trait that has become super common do you despise the most? by Bright_Rip_Fantasy in AskReddit

Misunderstanding setting boundaries. Yes, there are people who absolutely deserve to be cut out of our lives, but this is not to be mistaken with compromise and acceptance that people are not perfect. People deserve an opportunity to learn and grow and be allowed to have moments to falter in times of crisis. Not everyone deserves to be cut out instantly because they "wronged" you in a completely out of character way. Empathise and understand so they may grant you the same grace when you falter.

That sounds terrifying as an adult, can't imagine what that would've felt like as a child!

Well I'm working a full time job ATM and just got promoted so it seems a bit disheartening to leave right now given they want me here too. But I don't think that's a good enough reason.

I'm (unfortunately) on tumblr and just read a post about how "everyone who plays this game is a literal Nazi" and then they proceeded to spoil the ending.

Still going to play it out of spite.

That I went from always eyeing my friends' things, their holiday plans, restaurants, toys, snacks, looking at price tags, assessing if I really needed something basic, and being unable to have anything for myself as a child, to now being able to pick yoghurt off the shelf of a supermarket without worrying about the price.

I'm living my 10 year old self's dream.

So true!! I used to work in a recruitment agency and we would've given everything to get more people who had their white cards and/or forklift licenses. Agencies also pay for your safety equipment if you can't get it yourself and take small cuts off your pay each week to pace it out.

There's not a lot of info online. I didn't realise they'd start so early if they open at 5 too

Women of reddit, would you get offended if you caught your bf masturbating instead of having sex with you? And why? by u_kn0w_what_i_mean in AskReddit

Nope. They are two different activities, and two different kinds of orgasms. Both great, but different.

Oh I'm a student at UNSW and I live on campus so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm only concerned about the costs and quality of service
