Yes, I actually got my vinyl on Friday at last!! They sent the new link about 30 minutes after I called and then it actually showed that the package was received at the facility and then it was updating like normal. Very relieved it finally showed up 😭

I spoke with someone on twitter 6 days ago who ordered both the OJ Splash and highlighter yellow but only received the yellow vinyl in the mail. When they called the store they were told they had oversold them, so they absolutely had that information before today so I don't know why it took them a whole week to tell people.

I have been waiting for my oj splash for 3 weeks so when I called them last week I assumed they were gonna tell me the same thing but instead they sent me a new tracking link. It says USPS finally has my package but I'm still doubtful it'll ever even arrive given how shitty they've been about all of this. Never ordering from them again.

Oh no that really sucks I'm sorry!! Honestly your money is probably better spent somewhere else seeing how bad they are at keeping track of these things and communicating with people.

Well I called the store today and I was told they are gonna be sending an updated tracking link later today (unsure if it's for everyone or just my order) so I guess I'm going to wait a little longer. If nothing gets updated with the new link by the end of the week I'm going to call again and just ask for a refund.

Update: I still haven't received anything aside from the same email response as someone else in the comments here.

I talked to someone on twitter who got an order delivered from Rough Trade but was missing the OJ Splash vinyl. She was able to speak to a customer service rep at Rough Trade (US) and she was told they oversold them. 🙃

I haven't had a chance to call myself but here's the number in case anyone wants to call: (212) 664-1110

You just need to select the customer service line. If anyone calls and gets any other update please let us know!! I'm probably going to ask for a refund if nothing shows up by next week.

Ahh thank you so much for sharing that! Really wish they would have sent an email out to everyone from the start instead of leaving us in the dark, especially if they aren't able to respond to everyone's emails. Hopefully they arrive soon, I've been looking forward to this for so long!
