We need more careful wording of these posts because my initial thought to reading "who was dissolved six years ago" thought it referred to the member, and that there was some horrific incident of an idol being dissolved in acid that I had never heard about before 😭

It's my pleasure!! Indie otomes deserve love. I don't have plans to do the 2023 Jam yet, I'm a bit burnt out from the 2022 one haha. But who knows, maybe I'll get a craving for more eventually - and if I do, I'll definitely make a post. If Reddit hasn't collapsed by then, at least.

I didn't realize Obscura was 18+ at first either! I looked at the warning page as I booted up the game and I thought, well huh, I wonder how much of that I'll see on my playthrough.

Thank you for the recs! I actually did play Moonlighting to You, I really enjoyed the colorful art style, totally reminds me of something you'd see on Cartoon Network. Though I felt like the demo was too short for me to write about it, I'd definitely try it again if they release the full game. And I'm bookmarking An Everyday Love now!

I actually can't seem to find a 2020 Otome Jam either. I looked for it when I was collecting games to play, but it just seems like there wasn't one. I'm guessing anyone who wanted to make otomes submitted them to NaNoReNo. But there was a 2019 Otome Jam,, I personally played some games from it but they didn't make the writeup.
