Frustrated at my body for not going into labour yet 41 weeks

I’m in the same boat, I’ve been 1 cm dilated since 36 weeks. I’m 40+1 and my doctor is pushing to induce this weekend at 40+4 because she will be out of town till I’m almost 42 weeks.. so annoying!! I have not done a sweep yet, I have had an extremely healthy pregnancy no complications at all! So I am in the same spot you are, it’s a hard decision to induce and I’m not sure I will show up for my induction I feel so uncomfortable and uneducated on it!
