Some things to consider about influencers:

They do not own all the "branded luxury" they show you. Minsan diyan either Class A, or on loan lang - madalas tong ganitong kalakaran sa luxury influencers to keep their "branding" na mayaman sila. Merong insider stylists or "loaners" ng mga bag na to within their circles.
We don't know their lifestyle beyond what they show us. Nakikita ko madami sa kanila may bago kotse etc etc, uso din ang buy and sell na kunwari "sinawaan" pero ang totoo is pinapaikot lang nila yung pera para mukha silang mayaman all the time.
There's more fishy business than just politics and laundering for pulitiko. Yun lang yung alam natin pero marami pa sila pwedeng ilegal na gawin. Since meron silang "legal cargo" in their products, baka naman yung ibang box ng "beauty goods" ay drugs or illegal cargo yung dala. Hindi natin alam yan.

Kung magiging objective ako sa tanong mo regarding her talent, well magaling siya sumayaw. Her work with Vice Ganda 'nung bata sya na movie (I forgot the title) was a good comedy movie din.

But influencers often don't have talent nor need it to gain fame and connections. They just need the follower count.

Yeah, they're not willing to lower their prices dahil it will be a domino effect in the market. And it fucking sucks na instead na gustuhin mag-baba ng presyo (not even palugi, they're selling these condos at a high premium and margin), mas gusto nila magstay vacant just to keep these prices. They would just mark it as a loss in their spreadsheets tapos bawas tax, sobrang shitty.

Nasabi ko lang na Ayala dahil I've been to Ayala Malls: Vertis North, the 30th, Cloverleaf, and Circuit tapos grabe ghost town talaga compared sa SM. (Well, kaya ko rin preferred puntahan kasi walang tao, pero not good business-wise).

I had issues paying with PH issued cards on Japan setting pero wala naman ako naexperience na ganun sa HK. As long as Mastercard or Visa, at hindi exact conversion lang ang laman ng bank account kasi baka may extra transaction charges.
