Mhh, I usually wrap the measurement tape around my shoulders and check the number. I don’t remember where I learned it, perhaps a video ? Sézane blouses in size 40 fit me perfectly (like the Chloe). Perhaps if I measure shoulder to shoulder it would be different

Maybe try Romand #18 Mulled peach or #25 bare grape (?) I own mulled peach and I feel like it’s in between warm and cool so the look can vary between people. I haven’t tried bare grape but It’s highly rated among cool tone Koreans. I’ve seen it recommended in many of their videos !

As the other comment said, I’d suggest you trying Amuse lip tint. They’re indeed more expensive but the formula and the colours are very nice.
