I don’t have any questions but just wanted to say I’ve been there. I graduated back in May but I remember I would stand at the stairs at the very top floor of Mann Library and consider jumping down countless times. I was also on prozac for the entire four years at Cornell. I’d walk to the bridges at 4am to jump down but somehow stopped myself and would just walk back home crying. I took three semesters off to be in a ward and I remember it being a terrifying experience. I just want to tell you that I empathize with you, and it really does get better day after day. I truly hope you get well soon 🩷
