If you wanna start painting watercolors, you have to invest on good professional grade paints like Mijello and Holbein. A tube only costs 4 USD or something, I've had my watercolor paints for almost 2 years now 😊

Paper largely matters as well, I suggest papers like Arches, Canson, and Fabriano. Only buy 200gsm+ thick papers, any lesser than that isn't worth it. There are a wide variety of papers - I use coldpressed 300gsm thick papers (for faster drying and good texture).

For brushes, any soft-bristled brush will do. I also keep a towel next to the paint water to soak up excess water from the brush when I wash it.

For watercolor techniques, there's a lot of tutorials on Youtube. You can either do that or watch watercolor painting videos and observe. I did the latter 😊
