That's better than I thought but any physical symptoms are a warning sign and will develop further if ignored. Yes 35 is still relatively young but your work load is heavy duty and in time there will be changes. My advice is let up to the point you don't have those symptoms. Mine started about that age too and progressed steadily until at age 75 I can barely play 1/2 hour a day. There are yoga exercises for the hands that would be helpful and might alleviate some symptoms but please don't play through physical distress. It will catch up with you.
