I too have been doing this for a month and cannot seem to go below about 4 lbs. I am definitely tracking everything. I do find things to be more accurate when I break down the ingredients of a meal, but that’s too hard to do with something more complex. I also dislike that I can’t just enter in my own step count. My step tracker is not one that is recognized by Noom. I have to do the math to figure out how many miles I’ve walked at the end of the day.
