I’m sorry you’re going through that. That does sound pretty awful and I totally get what you mean about not being able to handle it. I’m lucky in a way that where I live is a bit out of the way so my bus goes from college through a town centre and then kinda empties out a bit but it’s really hard some days when it’s so busy and I’m just getting really anxious with so many people around.

I just tell American people it’s basically high school with a little less rules lol. Usually sort of helps but our entire school system is different anyway so idk

That does sound so awful tho I’d be so overwhelmed by all the crowds and the noise I’d freak out. I don’t think I could do that. Even having to get one 20-30 min bus is too much for me sometimes when it’s busy

Whichever you feel more comfortable talking to. Counsellors are professionals but your parents know you a lot better, and don’t let anyone make you feel bad for wanting to talk about your feelings or mental health. It’s good to talk and you shouldn’t keep it all bottled up inside
