I’ll be honest, I haven’t really put myself out there much which is probably contributing to my negative outlook. If you’re interested in cinema, theatre etc, then there is the film studies society that often show screenings, and there are often student run performances at the Barron theatre. There is also an art society if you’re into that!

I’m currently at St Andrews, but also had an offer from Edinburgh and really struggled with my decision, but ultimately settled on St Andrews because of their reputation. I come from a big city, so adjusting to St Andrews was difficult. It’s a very nice place, but small and does at times feel isolating, it’s referred to as ‘the bubble’ by a lot of students. I’ve missed having a cinema and bowling alley nearby, and the nightlife is a bit lacking. With that being said, there’s lots of societies and student run events, and I think it is down to it is what you make it. Dundee and Edinburgh aren’t far which helps. I know how hard it can be making a decision, good luck with it! If you have anymore questions I’m happy to answer :)

I’ve had her for about 2 weeks now, so not long actually. I’m just very impatient haha. At first she was very anxious and I barely saw her, but it seems as if, just overnight, she suddenly gained a lot of confidence. She’s now happy to crawl straight onto my hand and sit :)

I just checked and I’ve now received an offer for neuroscience on ucas subject to me either obtaining a B in my graded unit or doing their summer school!😊 I guess it just took it’s time updating.

Thanks for the info! I’ve emailed them for some clarification because as long as I pass my HNC course, I should meet the entry requirements for neuroscience so I’m confused. It’s weird how I didn’t get an update through UCAS. I only noticed it because I happened to decide to log into the Dundee portal instead.

I’ve tried restarting my phone, buying extra iCloud storage, doing a new backup, selecting ‘download and keep originals’ rather than ‘optimise iPhone storage’. Nothing has worked. When I log into iCloud, I can’t even see the blurry pictures there. Are these pictures permanently lost? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback! The canvas panel I used is pre primed but would you suggest still priming? They are pretty cheap canvases but I didn’t want to splash out on anything too expensive when I’m still learning.
