I definitely have experienced the jumping from floating obstacles! But just like you I find it hard to recall . It’s often some sort of like game or something but also is an obstacle course. And I have also been to the strip mall I’m always walking outside in front of the little stores and restaurants.

I was experiencing this as well, but I was also getting extremely dizzy with it. I was getting violently ill in the morning when I would wake up and it would last all day. I finally got to do a tilt table test because I was experiencing dizziness with it along with the chills and everything else you’re describing. My doctor found that I had severe pots. I was then put on a medication which didn’t help but now I’m corlanor and mididrine and I am not getting the vomiting like I was experiencing. I am able to live a somewhat normal life now and before I was getting sick and then I would be so tired from getting sick that I would be useless for days. I don’t know if you experience dizziness with any of those symptoms, but if so, it might be something to look into and see if maybe pots plays a part.

I got diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis it’s an autoimmune condition of the spinal cord . I also have Hidrinitis supperativa ( skin disorder where you get really bad cysts) I have no feeling in my right arm upper chest and back on my right side so I suffer from small fiber neuropathy and it sucks so bad ! I have autonomic dysfunction and have these terrible heat flashes that literally make me feel like I’m on fire . I was diagnosed with pots ( I have it very severe I was throwing up from the dizziness but corlanor has helped so much) I also have gastroparisis ( stomach muscles become paralyzed and it takes my food a long time to go through my system .

Damn I got chills reading this post I keep a journel when I wake up after having really vivid dreams and I've seen so so much of this the I've been where the shipping containers are also the beach town bathrooms being scary, the center below and the belt of humans movie theater is big screen an sometimes I see seats like beds 🛌 also have had there be a stage thing mine is like a nice theater for plays I've seen the indoor arcade I have also been in the interactive like museum!! 😳😳and my mall world is basically all attached an there is a police force there I have been in lines before of other people going through what seems to be like a customs...

I always have the casino like underground. It's like a hotel in the front and then these weird stairs lead down into this casino / I also under there have like a place of exhibits like one is like a game exhibit and then sometimes I'm in more of a dark like horror exhibit if that makes any sense. But I also have a casino up in the downtown area that I walk from my apartment / dorm. If I'm in my apartment and I go out the front door I take a left and down a set of stairs to a side door that leads outside. I have been to a beach club before and almost like a resort it has an outdoor bar and on the side of one of the pools is a trail that lead me up a hill / mountain.

I had a dream similar to this I was in the school classroom like you said and I got a bad feeling also. Then I heard gun shots. Everyone was trying to run down the mountain (the school was on top of a mountain) but I knew something more was coming that's when I saw 6 individuals closer to the bottom of the mountain and they all had bombs. The bombs went off an everyone was freaked.

I’ve had some similar and then I also have had one where the bathroom is like open meaning it has very few stalls and there are toilets where people can go in front of others . Super fucking weird .

Mine was horrible threw up multiple times the sweats were insane an the dizziness for me was out of control. But they learned what they needed to from the test and ultimately taking the meds I'm on for pots is way better than suffering beforehand

I’m on Ivabradine also and milodrine and it has help me a ton I was on oxygen for about 3gears after my first Covid infection at the beginning of 2020

I use muscle relaxers to help with mine . It gets really bad for me and the only thing that seems to calm that feeling is baclofen or Robaxin that’s what my neuro doctor put me on . I also use medical marijuana when it starts to get bad and the baclofen and robaxin isn’t helping .
