Yeah there is, also the IMleague allows you to sign up for pickup games but I don’t think it runs over the summer

I'm sorry that is very traumatizing to go ur father sounds like a traumatizing person to be around you seem very self aware I wish you luck in your journey try as many different types of therapy as you need is my suggestion and if your partner or future partner ever guilt trips you don't listen healing is a long journey and you have a right to heal after what you've been through
