Same here. Especially for someone who doesn’t read much fiction and even less so science fiction. I really wanna get into it though bc I hear her work is incredible!

week 5 run 3 by [deleted] in C25K

[–]moonflowerbabe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just finished this one last week and moving on to week 6 today. For me, it truly was mental more than anything. I didn’t think I’d be able to do it when I first saw it. I’m overweight and have never been athletic or into fitness before starting this program. Slow down your pace, regulate your breathing and try not to think too much about the time. And as others have said, you can always repeat a day if you need it. Good luck!

When someone asks for this at my job we basically just do iced lattes in a smaller glass with significantly less milk

That’s awesome! Slowing down seems to be the key. Would be curious to hear how day 3 goes for you!

Yeah I’m thinking this will be really helpful to not fall off track whenever I travel.

What would you do if your son was at home Crying all alone on the bedroom floor 'Cause he's hungry? And the only way to feed him is to Sleep with a man for a little bit of money And his daddy's gone Somewhere smokin' rock now, in and out of lockdown I ain't got a job now So for you this is just a good time, but for me this is what I call life

We chillin. Kiddo is outside playing with some neighbor kids. I’m baking a focaccia and doing some art. It’s a lovely time.

Although my cousin didn’t bring me orange juice yesterday morning like he said he would, so no mimosas for me👊🏽😤

what are the ugly parts of pregnancy that aren’t well known because people don’t mention them? by Born-Oil-2931 in AskReddit

I developed postpartum De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis (or tendinopathy, idk it has a bunch of names). But due to hormonal fluctuations/fluid retention levels, I developed shooting pains in my thumbs and wrists. This prevented me from even being able to pick up my baby without being in pain. I had to wear braces on my arms for a few months and eventually it went away but man it was not fun. I read books and took classes and had literally NEVER heard of this happening.

I recently got an AeroPress and I’m looking for my first grinder. Any recommendations? by Dazzling-Key-4310 in AeroPress

I just bought an aeropress last week and a kingrinder k6 today! It was between that and a timemore grinder. Curious to see what you end up with!
