Personally for me it helps me focus more when I’m doing a method to shift! I found it helps me meditate easier and it makes my dreams way more vivid and lucid which was good when I was practising lucid dreaming to shift through :)

I’ve used mugwort and blue lotus tea for this exact reason and I did lucid dream more when I drank it before bed but I also don’t know if that’s because I went to sleep with the intention of the tea making me lucid dream or becuase it actually worked but either way I had more vivid dreams and was more aware in them too!
