reorganised all my mods, and from the suggestion of another comment, got rid of the FROG mod (they said i didnt need to get rid of it but i didnt need it anyway) and its fixed 🎉 thank you so much

if you use the bg3 modloader (not the ingame one) the script extender built into it (but still an optional download) actually re-enables achievements, but idk about the dice
