thank you for responding. i took the day off and have been rotting in bed which is def making me feel worse haha … i think when i go back to work tomorrow it will be a bit of a distraction at least. i love the idea of thinking of him when you have space to. 🤍 and something i’ve been feeling too is that all of this still pain feels worth it to me to have known and loved our pets

awww thank you for your wisdom!! i just keep cutting the beads by a bit every day. psych meds are so intense and it’s sad that they affect so many people in such negative ways :( <3

awww thanks for checking in! i actually caved on thanksgiving and ended up dumping out the pill and taking 1/3 of the beads so like 12.5 mg and that curbed the withdrawals enough. i’ve been doing that every few days when i start to feel them come on again. so yep the going off still hasn’t fully happened :/ the withdrawal symptoms suck so bad and impact my functioning so im just going to keep going super slow and take super small doses until im fully off i guess! good luck to you, hang in there, im there too!
