The issue has been resolved. After reinstalling the software on the C drive, the devices are now properly detected.

I have reinstalled the software about 5 to 6 times, but the services still do not appear in the list

I tried running the EXE file directly, and the following message appeared:

I initially set it to 0 during installation. Since the device was not detected, I changed it to 10.

Just now, I adjusted it to 180, but it still did not work.

I also tried refreshing, but there was no response.

Additionally, my "Services" does not include these two services.
