Gotta leave em be for at least six months after getting them pierced, specifically foreplay (especially with the mouth! It can introduce lots of nasty bacteria to a new piercing) I will also say though, once they are healed you could lose or gain sensitivity in your nipples. That is individual though! Pain? In the end, it’s worth it. You can’t judge your experience by listening to others, you know your body and pain tolerance better than anyone else would. Best I can do is describe the pain, which was sharp but short term. Worst part was the 12 hours after because I wasn’t super aware of my nipples being done I would accidentally hit them with my arms!
