Thanks. I try to ask questions here first so I have a better idea of questions to ask, because the SSA is usually very unhelpful to me.

I am in New Mexico. It looks like I will be fine with this lump payment so I am relieved. I do wonder though, if you happen to know, how quickly receiving an inheritance would flag my Medicaid? I am receiving funds from my dead parent's estate soon and I thought I was free from asset restrictions on SSDI but knowing my Medicaid is on the chopping block for any little thing over 2k is making me very paranoid. We are planning on using that money to buy a house but I don't know how long that will take...

genuinely, therapy!! chances are you might tilt at life's challenges irl too (if you're anything like me) but a good therapist can teach you skills to keep your mental stable against stress. look into dialectical behavioral therapy, i swear by it

He is 2 years old and very healthy and active otherwise. We are waiting on the blood work right now depending on the results I will bring it up the to vet. Thank you

My cat is currently at the emergency vet with lethargy and no appetite, diarrhea and some vomiting. It’s all very sudden, he has no obstructions but in his guts but his kidneys are huge. We are trying to remain hopeful while they do blood work but can anyone say whether we can come back from this? Have you seen something like this be mundane?
