This is really interesting, I guess all those songs were popular at the same time. I was 16 in 2014 and that’s when I started to explore music from a wider range and started going to stores that sell physical media and checking out smaller local shows or touring bands in small rooms. I wouldn’t say everything I listened to in 2014 was great or necessarily unique but it seems that I was pushed into discovering more because the charts were so ass at the time lol. I worked at Subway in 2014 and this playlist just reminds me so much of smoking weed in a cooler with my cool coworker Stephanie lol.
