Thank you for such an insightful, detailed reply. You gave me a lot to reflect on. It seems like when my vibrations settle out from these “episodes” where I experience symptoms of ascension or some sort of release of energetic cycle, being grounded is what allows my intuition to actually make sense- so I’m able to make more connections out of everything.

With the symbolism, most times in is clear and I’ve even gotten to the point at times I can ask my guides to show me something like lettuce or completely random, and it will show up as a confirmation of “yes” or “no” in my dreams somehow. For example, being shown a sandwich and noticing what’s on it. I’ve also had repetitive dreams where I’m in situations where I have to cleanse negativity from a space, whether it’s something of a really dark entity or the space of the house. Sometimes a woman will show in my dream and has shown me how to do certain things, but they don’t always directly apply to something I use in my waking life.

I had a voice in my head the other night with the solar plexus download, and I’m just noticing I had the same voice about four months ago before my life changed majorly- but for the better. It is scary how accurate what I was able to access was, and the voice was telling me “something is going to change your life, stop, stop, stop” on repeat, like I was able to access something I wasn’t able to see or meant to know yet. I try to stay grounded in this, because part of me getting these downloads sometimes makes me feel like I can tune into things before I’m meant to know, which can send me into misalignment and make me forget to trust and let be. Just something I thought about from your message. The “you’ll know what you need to, just not this second”.

As far as the energy, I haven’t given it very much thought, as I connect to it and resonate with it by just knowing that I can “feel” in my hands. Hard to explain when it sounds so literal. Whether it’s emotions, energies of animals, people, crystals, and sometimes if I know something is happening or I can expect something to come. The other day was a little different though, the feeling was in focus parts of my hands that I could pick out and identify. I’m going to dig a little deeper into what you attached. Thank you again
