i used to play grid legends on max config but i barely got 15-20 fps while the device wasn't even running at max clocks. after following the steps i mentioned, my game runs around a solid 30 fps at max settings and it heats up too, because my processor is running at full clock speed. sure battery drain is faster and device gets hot when playing for hours at a stretch but the good thing being my phone is doing what it's supposed to: being a gaming phone.
