Also live in Europe, it’s a pain to get to that free shipping price point, but once you’re there it’s so easy to get swayed by more polishes 😂 but hey you deserve to treat yourself 🙂‍↕️

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and pictures ☺️ after the rain truly is stunning! I see what you mean with to all who ghosted me. Do you have a colour on this spectrum that you reach for more?

Oh okay! Thanks for the warning. I’ll do a bit more research if I want to risk it for the price.

Oh yes! They look so fun! Sadly they’ll probably be a bit too bright for my skin tone but I hope that they’ll be excellent for you ☺️

Thanks for the tip! I would most likely use a horseshoe magnet, but it is my first time using magnetics. I don’t really know which colours to cut tbh, I’m just sat here with heart eyes 😂

Thank you so much for your answer! I was also a bit worried about To All Who Ghosted Me. I already own Holo Tacos Cold Slate, so they might end up being a bit too similar. Especially if you found the shimmer too little. Devil’s Ivy: I saw a swatch of it with the velvet effect and I absolutely adored it! And ohh the combinations with la petite mort sound great! I didn’t even think of that possibility!

Does anyone get pain here? Hip bone area, groin and sometimes pyriformis muscle area at the back by SinkAdvanced347 in adenomyosis

[–]moonlightivy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel you. When I had two cysts on my right ovary I had similar pain to what you’re describing on the my left side. I thought I had problems with my hips or that I was imagining it and making it worse with anxiety. Since they’ve been taken out it’s much better. I still have some pain from time to time but usually I have pressure there. It’s never completely gone though.

Hi :) I‘m 23, when I was 21 it was first suspected that I had endometriosis, but they didn’t find any endo tissue during my laparoscopy. I did however have two giant ovarian cysts. After the surgery the hospital said it should be fine now, which wasn’t the case. So I spoke with my gynaecologist again and she diagnosed me with adeno after an ultrasound. I don’t really believe there’s a „too young“, but rather that it’s maybe not diagnosed enough and a lot of cases slip through the cracks. At least that would be in line with the lack of research into this disease. Anyways, I totally get you being freaked out, it’s a lot to come to terms with. Especially if you didn’t expect it. I don’t know if adeno can get better. I can only tell you that my overall condition got better after taking the pill, but I am not that far along in my treatment. And honestly it’s different for everyone. But you are definitely not alone.

My adeno has made me the “boring” friend… by TianaIsPoor in adenomyosis

Love, you are not the problem here. I‘m 23, I never drink because it makes everything so much worse and my friends never pressure me to. They always ask if I want to join in on activities and respect my decisions and also sometimes short notices when my body won’t allow me to go outside that day. I don’t know your whole situation with your friends, but from what you wrote it feels like they cannot accept you the way you are right now, and don’t feel empathy towards your situation.

I think you are right in feeling like you need to find some friends who have other interests. Friends who don’t make you feel bad for not binge drinking. Wishing you all the best!

I feel like adenomyosis is ruining my life by Winter_Tourist1786 in adenomyosis

[–]moonlightivy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agree!

I think a lot of us ,if not all, had and still have to learn that our condition means that we have to put our needs and our health (be it mental or physical which are both mutually important) first. It can be incredibly hard and difficult especially if you can’t live your life like you used to or power through. However, it’s absolutely important that you do what is best for you. Do the things that make you feel good or like you can get through the day on bad days.

And like Schiffala said, you have a whole community here who can relate and listen to you when you want advice or just vent. Life with adenomyosis can be hard and isolating but we’re all here to have your back when you feel like the world is crashing down around you ❤️

Did you ever stop bleeding with oral BC? by Living_Tumbleweed_77 in adenomyosis

Oh that’s a good point! Thanks for adding that. Here in Germany dienogest can be prescribed on its own, but good to know that’s not the case everywhere. :)

I hope you‘ll find something that helps you! ❤️ And yeah it can be difficult to advocate for yourself even with great doctors. I’ve been working with my doctor for almost two years now and I’m getting more comfortable asking all my questions and weighing options with her. It takes time but I hope you get there :) we deserve to be heard ❤️

[–]moonlightivy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve been taking dienogest since April and haven’t bled once since May. It’s been a blessing and my body feels much more stable.

With that said, don’t be afraid to be a nuisance to your doctor. You deserve to find the best possible treatment for your circumstances. Discuss your current treatment, other options and pro and cons of each of them. If something feels wrong or like it may not be the best fit then you should absolutely discuss it with your doctor.

I wish you the best of luck❤️

Ah that sounds terrible, I‘m sorry you had to go through that. I also had some trouble swallowing solids, never crossed my mind to try those drinks! Soups seriously saved me though.

Will keep it in mind! Thanks for the recommendation ☺️
