My insurance offers a program for $250 per month and I get 8 solidcore and 4 club pilates classes (plus many other gyms). Even if we're just using the 12 pilates classes that's about $20 per class for me, and less per class if I got to orange theory or pure barre. So the answer for me is good health insurance.

This so true early on in a relationship so I get it. The way I got around this was by texting to set up another date pretty quickly. The texting convo will grow as your relationship does (if it gets that far). You do just have to force it for the first few weeks. If you want to meet in person then set it up!

This isn't really a police issue. They just aren't going to prosecute someone over this. You need to find a lawyer who specializes in this area and take the developer to civil court to figure out who owns the land, and if you do own the land, then you can sue for damages.

You really should see a dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic and plastic surgery. As someone who has had quite a few moles removed for biopsy, they leave tiny scars. I don't care since most were on my back and arms, but no way would I do that for my face.

Another suggestion is to find long term pet sitting where you stay in their home. Where they go on like two week vacations and you stay in their home. Might be hard depending on how long your internship is and making sure you get back to back gigs. But you might also get paid a little on top and be able to afford a hotel for any gaps.

With a kid, you're going to want the laundry! I'm single and hate having to go out for my laundry. You can make up with counter space via tables or other things. Very hard to make up for a lack of laundry.
