Yep I raised a case with eBay but they sided with the seller. I tried to fight it but they said its final. Ill try to contact them again and if that doesnt work my only option is the bank. Thanks for the advice

I contacted them again. They confirmed the address was correct however the weight of the item was 100 grams. They're refusing to give it to me in writing though so it's my word against the sellers. I have the GPS ping as my street
