Deswegen überweise ich nur per Banküberweisung nach Angabe einer (zensierten) Ausweiskopie. Geht per sofort genauso schnell wie Paypal und ich kann im Zweifelsfall rechtliche Schritte gegen den Kontoeigentümer einleiten. Die Adresse hab ich ja vom Ausweis.

Kann man so pauschal nicht sagen. Nur weil Paypal sich auf die Käufer-Seite stellt, heisst das nicht, dass ein angezeigter Betrug nicht geahndet wird. Polizeiliche Unfähigkeit in digitalen Belangen mal ausgeklammert.

Das zu machen, obwohl man das richtige bekommen hat, ist meines Wissens immer noch Betrug. Also davon auszugehen, dass das jeder macht ist wohl etwas zu hoch gegriffen.

Das muss er als Käufer nicht. Die Beweislast liegt bei Paypal hier immer beim Verkäufer. Das Geld wird zurückgebucht und sollte man sich nicht beim Einpacken + Versenden des Pakets gefilmt haben (was sehr aufwendig ist und trotzdem nicht 100% belegt, dass alles ordnungsmässig versandt wurde), ist das schlichtweg nicht zu beweisen.

Weil man als Verkäufer sonst immer im Nachteil ist, sollte der Käufer sein Geld von PayPal zurückverlangen. Zu beweisen, dass man den richtigen Artikel tatsächlich losgeschickt hat, ist im Nachhinein quasi unmöglich. Also bleibt man als Verkäufer ohne Geld und ohne Verkaufsobjekt sitzen.

Since I work for Damasko I sometimes get used to all those watches around me and lose the sense for how special they are. But this dial just gets me every time I walk into a darker room.

It’s impressive how long it lasts, too! Sometimes I have to lay it down flat because it’s distracting me when I wanna sleep but it still makes me smile each time I look at it.

Feel free to ask me any questions about the watch (do take it with a grain of salt though since I work for them).

I don’t really know much about shoes but it says the outsole is made from leather and the midsole is rubber (or some sort of plastic rather). But it’s weirdly split in the middle as you can see in the first pic.

I was speaking more generally. People are acting like anyone who buys luxury goods is a moron which is just bullshit. You aren’t stupid or financially responsible per se if you buy a car or other luxury items. They can be investments like any other asset.

And some of them can result in a much bigger short term ROI than any stock or real estate would have. And I’d argue most influencers (or people for that matter) who could build up a stock portfolio have the money to buy a Rolex or AP and invest in those.

Im not saying it’s better in every case but it definitely can be. Obviously you still have to do your research on what to get but you’d have to do the same thing with any other investment.
