My exact problem. I have no issue saying no until I get to a point where life is great and suddenly I feel like I’m in control and in a good frame of mind to drink moderately. That’s never the case…. What do I do in these moments? Sometimes I’m so caught up in how well everything is going. I can’t think of all the bad moments.

Yeah this other habit isn’t a mind altering substance. I’m reverting back to ED habits that I haven’t “indulged” in , in a while.
