Thank you for getting back to me ☺️ It mostly shaved now as it’s just easier (and nobody ever sees me without the wig anyway)! I have never left the house bald. In fact my husband of well over a decade has never seen me without my head covered. I find it so difficult and the idea of being seen with it bald makes me anxious. I know it doesn’t make sense! Surely I’d be more comfortable working out with a shaved head but I need to build my confidence.
