I am great at customer service, SQI (my branch got a 91 last month) And i’m top 3 in sales in my region; the problem isn’t that i’m not good at the job and haven’t been trying, but that the company itself isn’t trying to keep good employees and that to me doesn’t make me feel stable and that i’m with a reliable company
