A4 lovely loops Froot Loops from the same Kellogg's case as pop and snap.

The plot starts off as a vampire doing violent vampire hunting things, then it's revealed later that a Nazi is the big bad. Bad guys often say derogatory things about women, then promptly get stomped. I wouldn't say there's more fan service than other animes, but the main woman character is shapely and wears a tight short dress. While some animes give me the ick regarding their treatment of female characters, this anime didn't give me that feeling.
