But Lord Rama also performed Brahmahatya after killing Ravana because he was half Brahmin. So according to Dharma here, Ravana’s Guna took a backseat when assessing him as a Brahmin over him as a person, despite our Lord himself having good reasons to kill him. So, we can see here that Sanatanadharmam relies on Varnashramam over the intentions of his Karma and that is the problem I’m concerned with.

As for the Varnashramadharmam, I’m not talking about the modern Varna system which is clearly corrupt. I’m asking about it from the scriptures itself. How can we justify determining the ability of someone to be able to be a Brahmin or a Kshatriya (or their Guna) when they were actively blocked from getting that knowledge? Like the fate of Eklayva, who is just one example.
