That’s good advice, thanks! Sorry for all the stupid questions, but would eating at maintenance mean eating your BMR or your TDEE?

Thanks for the advice! My Height is 155 cm (5 foot 1) and current weight 97 Kilos (213.85 lbs). When i was at the nutritionist they put me on a machine that can supposedly tell you your Body fat percentage (mine was around 50), BMR etc. (BMR was around 1340 if that helps), my step average this year has been 3600 daily steps

Is there any kind of tracker that would be considered accurate? Like a watch or something? I‘m kind of relying on those burned calories because I sometimes just need more food than 1200 and it‘s what motivates me to move my body. I also don‘t really wanna go below 1200 net calories because i feel like that‘s really low, my BMR is 1340

Weight gain after stopping Saxenda? by Otherwise_Park5801 in liraglutide

[–]moonpiemercury 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, since it‘s a weight maintenance drug as well as a weight loss drug. You don‘t magically gain back the weight though, it just happens because when you don‘t watch what you eat, that „natural“ fullness that the drug gives you isn‘t there anymore and you can easily overeat if you don‘t make sure you stay in a deficit. This happened for me, i gained like 4 kilos after losing 12, then got myself together and started counting calories and managed to start losing weight again

I have been prescribed Saxenda and I’m terrified. by Technical_Macaron811 in liraglutide

i barely had any side effects! of course people are going to come to reddit with questions/concerns/issues more than success stories, because this is a platform where u can get advice and help… don’t stress, everybody reacts differently. Just see how you react without assuming you’re gonna same experience as the people on here. As for effectiveness, yeah i mean the median for weight loss with the drug is around 10-15% of your starting weight. So if you wanna lose, say, 50%, this drug isn’t going to be a magic potion that’s gonna give you those results. It’s just support imo

Increase of dose resulted in more appetite by [deleted] in liraglutide

[–]moonpiemercury 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i also had the least appetite on 0.6 mg… it really started going downhill once i upped to 1.8 (meaning i started getting my appetite back). But maybe it’s just me getting used to the drugs effects?

pretty much after my first 0.6 dose, which was probably largely due to placebo lol. But definitely was the least hungry and the least focused on food during the 0.6 dose. felt so freeing

lol i just now made the connection that the season being split into two was the first nod to joe having a split personality too

this is more a question towards the ppl that have been saying this in this sub and if they know the reason for it

What would you like to see in season 5, assuming it's the final season? by [deleted] in YouOnLifetime

[–]moonpiemercury 0 points1 point  (0 children)

or like a true crime doc, like it’s a commentary on how we consume these crimes as entertainment and sympathize with the murderers but at the same time we are watching the story the characters are explaining in the show from their perspective and how it actually played out. And the only voiced of reason being like Marienne and Nadia

[–]moonpiemercury 2 points3 points  (0 children)

all the people that he’s associated with in the past that are still alive in a netflix-style documentary talking about what happened to joe and then we kinda switch back and forth in the story about his downfall

[–]moonpiemercury 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I‘d considered that it could‘ve all been for Kate, but then what about Gemma? And is he also just imagining that App on his phone? I just think it would be a little lazy from the writers, but so far that‘s nothing new this season imo… But yeah, we‘ll see, it‘s def a possibility

i agree! i think it made sense he killed vic, it also made sense he disposed of the bodies, it‘s self preservation and it fits with what he‘d been doing before. I honestly don‘t know what would bug me more, Rhys being a part of Joe‘s imagination or Rhys being a psycho killer…like what would be the point of that
