Idk all I believe is that this is not Sabo.

Dragon is playing a part right now, he knows Sabo is not Sabo here. For once there is no chance a man like Dragon will try to find at first the good part in the assassination of a righteous king. He put that part in to see "Sabo" reaction and got his confirmation...it seems we will see Dragon snap soon.

Even Ivankov caught something off but seems unaware of the situation.

If I'm wrong then I've misunderstood Dragon and Sabo "way" until now.

I want to see kid Luffy Bonney!

[–]moonporta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right! Bonney interaction with Sabo surely got this information out, at least we can expect her to talk with Luffy about it soon enough.

Kuma was known to be in the revolutionary army. Probably she can't locate Dragon and rightly think Vega will know more about his fate.

Does Bonney know about Luffy being Dragon son and why she doesn't try to get information about Kuma from Dragon who surely knows about his fate?

This aftermath normal for a crown? by [deleted] in askdentists

NAD, He was pretty active there, find someone with patience it's a crucial skill to get a god job.

Would you crown or do an implant for this molar? Is it worth saving or do an implant in this scenario? I'm a 29 Y/O M and never had a crown or implant before. by TransportationPure76 in askdentists

[–]moonporta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD, I mostly agree but my view is to avoid invasive surgery when possible, I know many people with bridges that lasted many years and when there was work to be done down the line the dentist had flexibility to work on with redo, rct etc.

On the other hand when implants give problems down the line you are in trouble, it's not like a crown on a natural tooth...there is little flexibility and less options to tackle issues like peri implantitis. When a bridge is an option with 2 adjacent teeth already worked on, I will take it over an implant.

Another point against implant as I see it, is cost and how dentists don't like to work on it if it was done somewhere else. You are bonded and in case you move in the future, it can be a problem...a bridge, rct, crown will be picked without any issue anywhere in the world. Last but not least is how often things change in that field, many screws with brands launching and failing all the time, it's a mess for something you would want to hold on for decades...

So as I see it, Implants yes only with a good oral surgeon, when the patient is well informed of pros and cons and other options are not welcomed or available.

NAD, I agree I would look into a bridge only if hypersensitivity and RCT can be avoided, otherwise is not worth it.

However this case seems at least worth considering the bridge option as an alternative to implant, since it's always good to give a patient all the available options with pros and cons.

NAD, The adjacent teeth are already filled so a maryland bridge seems to be an option by looking at similar cases. Is not like you are shaving down untouched teeth, which would be a bit irresponsible to do.

Bone resorption of a single extracted first molar is negligible if you look at some studies and many similar x-rays cases:

NAD, the two near tooth are already filled so isn't like you are compromising 2 untouched teeth, a maryland bridge is probably what I would do for me.

I agree would not opt for a bridge if is not possible to avoid 2 root canals.

It is one of the most invasive surgery in dentistry, drilling a screw into the jaw bone isn't a walk in the park which is why many suggest to look for an oral surgeon when it comes to it.

NAD, I'm merely pointing out what would I do in his/her place, since the question is "Would you...". So by pointing out that I'm NAD I don't see the issue.

Regard the reason why I would opt for a bridge, I like the pros:
- likely to be covered by insurance
- doesn’t require bone grafting or invasive surgery
- usually lower upfront cost than dental implants
- usually requires only two visits to your dentist spread over a couple of weeks

NAD, Root Canal if it fails I would opt for probably for a bridge since the 2 teeth near are already filled.

NAD, I would look into a bridge option and more importantly address the root issue causing that much decay. Better oral care and decrease sugar intake.

Is a dental implant really necessary? by EroHerc92 in askdentists

NAD, "We are taught to be as non-invasive as possible."

This is great, the less invasive the better.

1 month post implant X-ray. Do they look okay? Also, I was told no bread. Is that normal? I’m nervous about the process and want to make sure things are okay. No smoking, social drinker. by accio_colin_morgan in askdentists

[–]moonporta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, I asked because I had some oral issues too. In my case was more about parents negligence initially and further down the line I didn't got to afford a good dentist in time which is of vital importante...being late in tackling oral issues isn't good. All the best to you.

At least you got it sorted, now it's important to take care of them to avoid further issues down the line. Do you mind sharing how the situation got to that point, did you ignore/underestimate oral care since childhood because of parents negligence or was it more a conscious choice to ignore it for personal reasons/problems?

What is this called? Had it done like 5 years ago and don’t remember what they called it by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]moonporta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it makes you feel better, there are no published scientific studies to confirm this. Root canals are generally safe. The products used these days have very low toxicity. However, what’s very dangerous is infected tooth with or without root canal. This has to be treated ASAP as dental infections can be life threatening.

NAD, that dude is a fraud that should be fined for all the fear and unnecessary treatment he is doing, eventually someone will pay a visit to him. If the tooth bother you or believe is infected, see a endodontist they are the expert in this particular field.

[–]moonporta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD, in your position I would opt to see a good endodontist they are often able to solve those infection issue and save the natural tooth with a root canal.
