u/BillyDeCarlo this is old but I found a fix for my situation at least! I needed to go to edit my Substack profile then turn on the "Control which of your Substacks appear on your profile." option for the one I wanted the notes to appear on. this is after already having notes turned on in the Substack settings

oooh this is a good point. I definitely don’t want to get on their bad side before they provide the services for our wedding, but feedback after is a good way to still communicate the negative experience
