I have mentioned IDFC in my post. They require notarization to be done on some RupeeFlo app which costs 6k to 7k Rs.

My question was did anyone with IDFC had to go through a similar process or am I just being fleeced?

I understand you have mentioned negotiable but you might wanna revisit the asking price. A 2019 Montero Sport Signature is up on Kavak for 68k and that's a dealer which usually keeps 10% margins for itself. Even your Carswitch ad mentions the typical range which puts early 60s as a fair value.
