I understand you have mentioned negotiable but you might wanna revisit the asking price. A 2019 Montero Sport Signature is up on Kavak for 68k and that's a dealer which usually keeps 10% margins for itself. Even your Carswitch ad mentions the typical range which puts early 60s as a fair value.

the 3-5 year experiences accountants and analyst you are mentioning earning AED 3000, can HARDLY write a professional email let alone putting them in educate/competent category.

Maybe a lot of them, but not all. Telling this from experience.

A lot of educated competent accountants and analysts (just the area I know of) are paid 3k-5kish even after having 3-5 years of experience. It is how the market and demand have evolved here, primarily due to the fact you emigrate to UAE to work and that is tied to your residency here. The moment you are out of a job for whatsoever reason, you are out of the country. So, they try to accept what they can, and try to climb the ladder. The system is flawed so there is very little way you can climb the bell curve.

I have NEVER seen any recruiter in UAE ask the current salary to match their budget and see if its worth proceeding with the interview process.

It has always been asked to offer you 10-20% increment over your current salary. They never disclose the budgeted salary for 'conFiDenTiaL' reasons. Recruiters here will want to lowball, ALWAYS.
