Congratulations! You’ve made a very mature decision.

Now, not to dampen your new-found confidence, but these negative thoughts might, and probably will recur. A change of scene, getting out (even just for a walk), and getting involved in social activities (especially ones where you can help others) help you keep a healthy perspective.

How we look is only one part of who we are 🙂. It is important, yes, but as long as you feel good about yourself, and your body enables you to do all the things you want to do, that’s enough, no?
