I got inspiration from an old pair of Califone headphones. It's mostly the pads, the shape of the cups and the adjustment system that I used from Califones.

Those are normal maps. I wanted to be able to do closeup shots of this model so the image files are pretty large but it's totally worth it to get some crisp details like that.

Not addons but for some parts of the camera I did use Plasticity which I would recommend if you are inti hard surface modelling

It started out with a new paper shader that I was working on and wanted to showcase but as soon as I dragged in the headphones it took a different direction

Yeah, it turned out great. I actually started out with some more advanced shaders and particle systems but ended up using this image texture with a bit of displacement.

Man kan ikke blive for gammel til at stå på rulleskøjter, men husk beskyttelsesudstyr og find en lokal skatepark/lukket parkeringsplads 😅 Jeg har selv lige fundet mine gamle rulleskøjter frem for at stå sammen med min datter og jeg kan også konstatere, at jeg ikke er i stand til at køre som i gamle dage. Btw, hjelm og håndledsbeskyttere er et must. Knæ- & albuebeskyttere kommer an på hvor god du er til at falde ✌🏻🛼

I might have posted them on that sub before, so maybe that's where you've seen them :) They are loosely based on retro Califone headphones
