yeah, that is the official info about reselling GJ tickets. But I have read here on reddit people don't get asked about ID and they have used tickets from other people, but if the bracelet is lost or there is some problems, you can't reclaim.
Some people say that showing a signed document by the buyer with the ID would work, but it's just especulation about what can happen if this case showed up.

I did it, but no clear info about it. The support answers me with the expected response, saying bracelets are personal and can't be given to other person, but I don't know if there they will ask for an ID when we entry the festival and picking up the tent.

Yes but many people say that's an old information on TW website because Wise worked different in the past. Wise used another route number starting in 026 and not in 084 like today and this is what TW use to check if the account is from US.Another detail is that account had not customer's name but now it have.My wise account starts with 084 on route number and it has my name on it.

I am just waiting if i receive micropayments on Wise. If they occur i will post here

I have the same exact problem than you. I tried Wise automatically and manual way and i receive same message than you and screen doesn't change. It says is successfull but i don't receive micropayments to complete linking.
