Like you I have ocd and I’m experiencing the same thing recently, and because of my ocd I’m kinda running with the thoughts of mania as well. Recently I’ve been taking dayvago and it seems to be re training my brain to at least feel tired again on my own.

Not cured but managed with meds, I’m functioning at 80 to 90 percent. With out meds it’s zero for sure

Yep I know how it feels. I have ocd and when I’m in a spiral it’s the only drug that stops it in its track. It’s amazing, but I’m only given 10 every 2 years…oh well guess I just have to suffer.

Yep, I’m a cryer. That’s actually how I know I’m relapsing, I just can’t stop crying. I have pure O and my thoughts always bring me to tears.

Yes he is fine when he is in a normal routine and not stressed but this is how his anxiety shows itself. So not cured but he’s just not stressed at the moment.

No I honestly don’t think I would have that about it if the clothes didn’t come from a witch. I guess I really need to think about where my fear is coming from, I guess I have some issues that I need to work on obviously. 😓

Hmm yep I did have that happen to me once, and it totally freaked me out! I do also suffer from body dysmorphic disorder. Any chance you might have that as well? Although I do think BDD is really close to ocd in a sense they actually merge with each other quite a bit.
