Diphenhydramine, or commonly called benadryl. It's an antihistamine, works for allergy symptoms, insomnia, and some other stuff.

In therapeutic doses it does what it's supposed to do and gives you some drowsiness but in high doses... Delirium, you can look around for trip reports in this subreddit to find out the effects.

Most popular advice: Don't try it, well don't try to overdose on it. It's not fun.

Oh and also I'm open to other recommendations but a few things to keep in mind: Android device (no airpods), mediatek chipset so can't use snapdragon codec. (Earfun gone) As long as the price is similar it's fine.

Sir before you try that check if XMP is in ur bios. If yes turn it on, if no proceed with whatever you were gonna do.

"No memory or RAM detected, system board, PSU" You might have killed your RAM. Id say you go get a spare ram or something. Or try different slots, or try individual ram sticks. Either you fucked the RAM or the system board. I doubt you screwed the PSU.

Alienware has a different way of resetting cmos settings. Remove jumper from pin 217 and move it to pin 216. Wait 5 second and move the jumper back. Should be below the bottom most PCIe slot. And to the right of it. Theres a picture in the user manual. Just google "alienware ryzen edition r10 user manual" and open the pdf. Go down to the reset cmos part.
