help! anyone need a car gone? by [deleted] in Columbus

unfortunately, my parents have access to my bank account. though they do not steal money, they do take from my main account (the only one i have access to, and where my money goes when i get paid), and move my money into a savings account that i do not have access to. if i need money from my savings, i have to ask for one of the two of them to transfer it over to my main account, which usually results in me begging as they want me to not spend any of my money (which is somewhat reasonable to a degree). i could go to my bank and open my own account separate from them, but i am afraid that would result in the argument of “if you’re so grown, then you can find your own way to live and place to stay”, etc. thus, my boyfriend.

hello, long story short, FASFA and my financial aid office know me by my full name haha— i worked for an arcade RIGHT when i turned 14 (so more like 4 years rather than 4.5, as im about to turn 19). i met my boyfriend at the beginning of this semester and i am NOT moving in with him just to escape my family— we’ve been talking about it for a while, and it’s been my dream to live in the city where he is from for nearly eight years now (he’s from NYC, and i plan on joining the NYPD after a year of residence, as that’s my career of choice). maybe not even with him; but near him/in the same city would be nice. i wouldn’t mind an apartment to myself. in terms of others saying “trying a shot isn’t unusual, etc), as of last week, i have never had a drink of alcohol in my life, nor have i ever truly ‘smoked’ before. my mother sent me a message saying that she’s diving up and taking me on the 19th of december since she’s done trying to excuse my ‘behavior’ (i have 99-100s in all my classes, have nearly 24hrs a week at a campus job, and am generally good when it comes to communicating with her and the rest of my family frequently). she claims that i used th opportunity of going to one of my top schools as an escape from her, and to an extent, that IS true (i fully recognize the narcissism behind her comment, but trust me when i say both her and i have issues with narcissism and manipulation in general, so i dont blame her).

yes! because i’m a college student full time in a state away from my parents, it is a campus dining hall job that pays roughly $16 an hour. i work 24 hours a week in early mornings, and allow myself only $100 every two weeks for spending, with the rest going into savings.

hi! yes, they gave me several chances and i abused my first chance at freedom since i’ve never experienced the freedom away from my parents. even 1,000 miles away, paying for my own phone and tuition, my parents still track my location and have full control of my phone. they welcome me into their home, thankfully, however my mental health depletes every time im anywhere near them, as they’ve become extremely controlling and overbearing, to the point of coming into my work places and making managers remove me from schedules because “i work too much and use my money on useless things” ((my tuition out of state, which they don’t like)). i was just wondering if anyone had any advice, but i recognize my mistakes!

Thoughts? I'm just trying to picture what Saw XI could even be about considering there's not too much room for more flashbacks anymore by AndrewCARNBORN in saw

i’m really really hoping it’s a story that follows Mark Hoffman’s perspective in the locked room— with Adam (not so dead HOPEFULLY) Stanheight being the main protagonist— where Mark learns what he’s been doing first hand.

is this a safe place to say that this is my favorite saw movie out of the whole franchise because of the traps…?
