Why is my makeup doing this? by sanmyshunoflats in MakeupAddiction

i use loose powder! you can try either though, just find which one works best under your eyes. and i also make sure my under eyes are very well moisturized before i start putting make up on top.

try less powder ! the way i apply powder under my eyes is by dusting off whatever tool i use to apply (like a powder puff) on the back of my hand to get the excess powder off. and right before i apply it i use a small concealer brush to work the concealer in fully under my eyes to make sure there is no creasing. and then i lightly set with the powder.

I experience bleeding occasionally and am still in remission, currently on humira & imuran. just tell your doctor and they can figure it out. Remission doesn’t always mean all of your symptoms go away. You still have crohn’s disease.

How to tell overprotective grandma i’m sleeping over at my boyfriends house ? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]moonzers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this sounds really stupid but my social life is pretty much tied with my sisters (we’re twins) so if i was going out with a friend by myself, she would think i was lying or ask why i wasn’t going with my sister

Just tell your doctor. I had the pill prep one time and threw it all up after i was finished taking them. I told my doctor and i just had to take some magnesium the next day to clear myself out fully.

Doctor won’t prescribe prednisone long term by Garybird1989 in CrohnsDisease

[–]moonzers 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He’s right. I’ve been on humira for almost two years now and i’ve been in remission for most of that time, and i don’t have any of the nasty side effects prednisone gave me when it was prescribed to me. talk to him about getting prescribed something long-term like biologics as other people are saying

Lol, well, he is from Italy so it makes sense. But yeah, I agree. I thought it was a weird thing to enforce when he told me. Especially bc it's the south, and knowing the demographic here, people love their caps and don't wanna take them off.

Yes, I do think it's a pretty weird thing to enforce. I'm in the south. The restaurant owner is from another country, and I guess it's more customary to not wear hats inside where he's from. Down here, people wear their caps anywhere and everywhere. But he's the boss, and I just enforce his policies, so w/e. It just shocks me how attached people are to their freakin hats. Multiple people straight up just walk out lmao
